Only 13% of Europeans think that the Soviet Army played a key role in defeating Nazism during World War II. That’s according to a poll conducted by ICM Research exclusively for Radio Sputnik. The research questioned over 3,000 people in Germany, the United Kingdom and France. In Germany 17% of respondents said that the Soviet army made the biggest contribution to the victory, while in France only 8% shared the same opinion. The largest group of respondents, 43%, said that the United States army should be credited for liberating Europe from fascism. - War Thunder Soviet Victory
