or better understanding of engine diagnostics, I’ve developed this diagram. Which, in my opinion, is very important. I called it a “diagnostic pyramid”. What is it?

In other words, inside a piece of metal which in any way was developed for the optimal combustion process. This is important! The entire engine is designed to ensure this process. If there are valves, shafts, an alternating phase system, etc. – all these things were created and adjusted for optimal combustion.
That’s why the next level I’m drawing is the engine. And in English it is called “engine”. Right. So, the next level is the engine.
This process is going inside the engine – I’m drawing an arrow. The engine is created in the way to ensure optimal combustion. Next. What is located above the engine? Above the engine, we’ll putt an electronic engine control system. Or we can write “ECM” Electronic Control Module.
What does this system control? It controls both the combustion process and the engine. i mean, it’s a higher level from which control goes like this: both over combustion and over hardware. In what sense does the system control hardware? For instance, turning on of the engine cooling fan.
