Amal Hicham, in Canada, is in a dangerous situation, since she wanted to talk to the press about Quebecor, a Canadian company, of Mitsou Gelinas and of the hacking of her computers and emails.

From the moment she wanted to talk to the press about Quebecor, founded by the father of the leader of the Quebecer Party, Pierre Karl Péladeau, about a Canadian personality Mitsou Gelinas, and about computer hacking she had discovered, Amal Hicham was intimidated, and the problems started to hit her and her sister all the time. Prevented by the police from traveling to meet the press, betrayed by her husband who said false information about her, taken against her will to a hospital, everything was done to prevent her from expressing herself. Amal Hicham cannot even live in her house, only her husband has the right to live there.

Amal Hicham did everything, so that her rights are respected, she has proofs and evidence, but some authorities do not act. And during that time, her husband who said false information to the police, who falsified her signature, who lied in court and made perjury is treated as if he were above the law, and no investigation has been opened.

The police, the Police Ethics, the lawyers and now a judge in Gatineau court, Suzanne Tessier, despite the evidence shown by Amal Hicham about the illegal activities of her husband, do not act. Amal Hicham’s husband lives as if he were an untouchable person, over and above the law, despite all its illegal actions.

The problem has become serious for the following reason. Amal Hicham who is in divorce process, discovered in August 2015, that the judge Suzanne Tessier chose her file, and decided that she will be the judge presiding it. The problem here is that a judge does not have the right to choose the cases she will preside. So why did the Judge Suzanne Tessier take her file. When Amal Hicham stood before the judge Suzanne Tessier, the judge didn’t hear her requests, despite an order from another judge. And the most serious thing, is that the judge pressured Amal Hicham to sign a consent form, which could seriously harm Amal Hicham.

Now Amal Hicham is afraid that the form that she was pressured to sign by the judge Suzanne Tessier makes her lose all her rights. The next day that she signed, Amal Hicham told the court that she doesn’t give her consent anymore. But Amal Hicham doesn’t know if that’s enough, the law has been violated so many times, she does not know what will happen.

The problem has grown to the point where Amal Hicham needs you to help her because she cannot face alone this problem that began, the day she wanted to talk about Mitsou Gelinas, Québecor, computer hacking, and intimidation she suffered her and her sister.

Amal Hicham has proof of what she is saying. Now these proofs do not protect her, on the contrary it puts her in an even greater risk.
