The South Gate Industrial Park is a new-scale project on a Russian warehousing market - the size of the development is 650,000 m2 and its total investment plan exceeds $800,000,000. This project includes high quality warehousing facilities for lease, as well as land sites for build-to-suit development.
South Gate Industrial Park is one of the largest industrial developments in Moscow region aiming to achieve outstanding sustainability performance. In 2013 radius Group got third BREEAM certificate. «Very Good» rating, assigned to the first block of the third phase is 58.36 % - this is the highest score ever awarded by commercial real estate objects in Russia.

The project targets to certify all 650 000 sqm of warehouse facilities to BREEAM standard and had triggered a transformational change for Russian construction market in warehouse and logistics sustainability and innovation.

One of the most unique features of the project its rigorous approach to enhancing of local ecology. The Industrial Park was designed on a territory, which represented a remediated clay pit. A landscaping and planting plan has been developed to introduce various types of landscapes and habitats on its territory.

Energy Modelling was used to define energy performance of the buildings. In average the complex achieves performance up to 37 -- 46% above baseline building per ASHRAE 90.1.
Some of the world's most selective companies from a diverse range of industries, including General Motors USA, John Deere USA, Decathlon France, Kimberly-Clark USA, Hartmann Germany, Iron Mountain USA, Volvo Trucks Sweden, Oriola Finland, and FM Logistic France chose South Gate as a base for their operations in Russia which has great social impact on the Domodedovo area such as new jobs and taxes. This way the development had revitalized the area.
